Yes you are responsible for booking your own flight. We recommend you get a morning flight to FARO to make the most of your time in the beautiful Villa. If this is not an option, no bother, we will make sure you are picked up at whatever time you land. We will need your flight details as soon as you have booked your flights so we can organise the transfer to pick you up stress free.

Not at all. The transfer will always be covered; you will be picked up from the airport and taken straight to the villa. After your wonderful week with us we will then take you back to the airport and see you off.

We welcome all fitness levels; the programme is seriously aimed for all levels. Our experiences instructors will always make modifications when needed. There will be no pressure on any one on the retreat to do any class they do not feel comfortable with. The schedule is designed so you have plenty of rest and recovery time.

The airport you will need to fly into is FARO, Portugal.

For all retreats abroad you do not need to bring your own yoga mat, however for the UK retreats please bring your own yoga mat.

We are very relaxed with regards to participating with the classes on the schedule. We advise you to try and do as much on the schedule as possible to make the most out of the retreat, however if there is a class that is not your thing by all means you can make yourself at home in one of our chill zones or explore the beautiful surroundings.

Indeed you will, we have set times on the schedule where you can wonder off and explore; just take some time out a read, or chill by the pool.

Of course you can, travelling alone is one of the best ways to meet new people. Like-minded people in a beautiful place; doing what they love means only one thing..… New friends for life!

Without a doubt, there will be plenty of gorgeous options for both vegans and vegetarian on the retreat. We also have an open kitchen for those who want to rustle up a snack for themselves. If you have any requested we can always put it to the head chef and see what they can do.

It is your complete responsibility to ensure you have the correct travel insurance to cover you on the retreat and all the activities you will be participating in.

There will be alcohol allowed on the retreat, yes, however we will not be supplying this. You are more then welcome to head to the local supermarket and bring back your own supplies. Remember the schedule is full of workouts and fun activities, so keep it relaxed and casual ?.
