ARRIVIAL DAY

You will be met at the airport by your host, who will drive you to Casa Georgia Louise, where you will be checked in & shown around. We will then do a welcome talk, give you your LUXE goody bag along with your first meal of the retreat and allow you to take your time to unwind from travelling and relax into the Villa, before any physical activity starts the next day. There is an optional guided meditation class on your first evening, if you wish to join in.

The retreat will run for six days and this is typically how the days will be laid out, but please be aware, this is subject to change.

6.00- Leave the villa to head to the beach
