ACCOMMODATION:

Casa Georgia Louise has 6 beautiful bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 11 guests. There is a meditation room, delightful wrap around gardens with a large swimming pool, indoor and outdoor dining areas and a stunning, newly refurbished, large kitchen diner. Set in the beautiful area of Vilamoura you are surrounded by the fabulous diversity of quiet pine forests and Atlantic beaches. However, if you’re looking for something active than wondering around these peaceful landscapes, you won’t be disappointment by the large choice of stunning golf courses and water sports the area has to offer.

The areas history is also brought to the forefront with Roman sites and the Museum of Cerro da Vila.

RETREAT ITINERARY

You will be met at the airport by your host, who will drive you to Casa Georgia Louise, where you will be checked in & shown around. We will then do a welcome talk, give you your LUXE goody bag along with your first meal of the retreat and allow you to take your time to unwind from travelling and relax into the Villa, before any physical activity starts the next day. There is an optional guided meditation class on your first evening, if you wish to join in.

The retreat will run for six days and this is typically how the days will be laid out, but please be aware, this is subject to change.

Sleeps 14 guests and set in the beautiful Cotswolds countryside with views stretching miles over rolling hills. The weeks will be packed with fitness, yoga, meditation and nourishing, healthy food. Alcohol is optional and can be brought by yourselves but will not be provided on this particular weekend as we are focusing more on detoxing the body after the holidays.

Arriving anytime from 9am on the Friday, there will be classes starting from 12.30pm and finishing at 12pm on Sunday. Check out is 12.45pm.

Breakfast, dinner and daytime snacks will be provided with lunch being an option for you to cater for yourselves if you wish to.

Your booking includes a free 20 minute massage with our onsite masseuse.
